Part A :

Q1. How many alternatives we thought before finalizing the project ?

Ans:- Good research depends on many factors, and a good idea alone is not enough. You can have a brilliant idea, but the ultimate quality of the research will depend on your execution; an average idea well-executed is much better than a brilliant idea executed badly. In turn, your ability to execute the research will depend on your specific research skills (existing and developing), as well as your access to other resources such as equipment, funding, technical support and time. Since these factors vary greatly, what may be a viable project for one person may be entirely unsuitable for another Your rescarch idea needs to be of interest to other academics in the field. Partly, this will depend on your ability to justify your research and the originality of your proposal, but it can also depend on timing, as technology makes new things possible and old techniques obsolete and as various theories and areas of study come in and out of fashion interestingness of your project to others depends on who your audience is, as some projects will be fascinating to some, utterly pointless- or in some cases even offensive-to others .


Q2. Did we consider all the technical fields related to branch of our diploma programme? 

Ans:- Yes, we consider all the technical fields related to our branch that is computer branch.

Q3. why we found present project topics as most appropriate ? 

Ans:- we found the present topic of project very appropriate among the all the topic list we had selected .from all projects we had selected this topic because we got this project much intresting among all other topics. This topic was much effective so we had selected this topic as our final topic.

Q4. Whether the all group members were agreed on the present project topic ? if not? then what was there reason of disagreement ?

Ans:-this situation didn't eame in our group of disagreement on finalizing the topic of the project. we had together selected the project topic with all members satisfaction So all the group members were agreed on the selected project topic.

Q5. Whether the procedure followed in accessing alternative and  finalizing the project topic was correct ? if not,discuss the reason.

Ans:-yes.

Q6. What were the limitations in other alternatives of the project topics ?

Ans:- other topics were not much effectives, other topics were used before many times they were not unique we were scarching some unique project topic so got this topic as the better topic. 

Q7.how we formed our team? 

Ans:- we formed our team very easily, just discussed once about forming the team together and we all agreed on the decision and formed the team. 

Q8. Whether we faced any problem in forming the team? if yes then what was the problem and how it was resolved? 

Ans:-Yes, Because all were telling that we were saying that why you both have made the group without discussing with everyone so others were arguing with us to from the team.

Q9. Am 1 the leaader of our project team? if yes, why I was choosen? if not why I couldn't become the project team leader ? 

Ans:- yes, Im the team leader because All the team members thought that I the perfect person who can lead the project team properly, and we all discuss about making me as the team leader and all were satisfied on the decision so all made me the team leader. 

Q10. Do I feel that present team leader is the best choice available in the group?if yes then why? If no then why? 

Ans:- yes I feel that the present team leader is the best choice available in the group, becausethe selected team is the clever person who can manage the team very nicely and properly and can organize and distribute all work among the team properly. 

Q11. According to me who should be the leader of the team and why?

Ans:-According to me I should be the leader of the project team because I think 1 can manage the team very nicely and I can distribute the work very properly among the team. 

Q12. Can we achieve the targets set in the project work within the time and cost limit? 

Ans:- Yes, we can achieve the target set in the project work within the time limit and cost limit. 

Q13. What are my significant good /bad sharable experiences while working with my team which provoked me to think?what I learned from these experiences. 

Ans:-There was not any bad experience within the team for doing work . all experience was good because our team members were very understanding to each other and helping also. Every work we use to discuss and when all were satisfied at that time we use to set the decision as the fixed decision so because of all understanding we didn't faced any bad experiencs or not any misunderatanding among the team. 

Q14. Any other reflection which I would like to write about formation of team and finalizing of project title, if any?

Ans:-No, there was no any other reflection which I would like to write about fornmation of team and finalizing the project title.
















 PART B:    reflection related to project planning


Q1. Which activities are having maximum risk and uncertainty in our project plan? 

Ans:-Several activities may contain the risk such as:

* Forming the project team can have risk.

*  Deciding the team leader can have high risk.

* Distributing the work among the team could contain the high risk.                                                                               Performance risk could be there.

* Costing risk could arise.

Q2. What are the most important activities in our project plan?

Ans:- there are many important activities in the project that are: 

* Determining the project requirements. 

* Determinc the condition of the source files and databases.

* Determine or revise the cost estimates, 

* Prepare the project charter, 3 Create a high-level project plan

* Work Breakdown Structure. 

Q3. Is work distribution is equal What are reasons? How we can improve work distribution? 

Ans:-Yes , all the work is equally divided as per the convenience there was no such argument in the group about distribution of the work. 

4. is it possible to complete the project in given time? If not what are the reasons for it? How can we ensure that the project is completed within time? 

Ans:- Yes, it is possible to complete the project within the time. we can ensure that project will be ready within the time limit because we are working fast on the project work to complete it before the time limit and we are sure that we will complete it.

5. What extra precaution and care should be faken in executing the activities of high risk and uncertainty? If possible ,How such risks and uncertainties can be refused ? 

Ans:-we can avoid the arguments which are happened due to misunderstanding within the proup members. we can discuss every thing with the team members and then take any decision. This could avoid the risk, Some ways to manage the risk

• Accept The Risk.

• Avoid The Risk .

• Transfer The Risk. 

•  Mitigate The Risk. 

•  Exploit The Risk. 

7.For which activities of our project plan,arrangement of resources is not easy and convenient? 

Ans:- For linking the different different pages of our project is not easy and convenient. It is bit difficult to link the pages together. 

8. did we make enough provisions of extra time/expenditure etc. to carry out such activities? 

Ans:-Yes, we had took much time as well as expenditures to carry out the activities such as to learn the details about the software(i.e 1OT), to learn how it works ,how to create the pages, but limking the pages took much time to understand how to work with it that took much time. 

9.did we make enough provisions for time delays in our project activity? in which activities there are more chances of delay? 

Ans:- In linking the pages together took much time as well as to create different pages took much time due to this there was a delay in our project activity, and also database connectivity did to much delay because, to first understand how to do it and then implement it practically did much delay.

10.in our project schedule ,which are the days of more expenditure? what provisions we have made for availability and management of cash? 

Ans:-While launching the project we need expenditures to officially launch project in public What ever expenditures we were needing we had just diseussed it once in the group and divided the amount equally in the group members and paid as per the contribution. and also making the black book, project report took much money for all printing purpose: So by distributing the amount within the group members reduced much load from one member and we had managed the expenditures in proper manner. 

11.any other reflection which i would like to write about project planning? 

Ans:- Yes, we were thinking to make our project much complex with more pages in it but when we look towards the deadline of submitting the project we thought that we don't have much time to create that much pages so we step back and decided to create less but attractive pages for our project
